9LIST ROUTIN3S | LEXI THOMPSON: MORNING

1/ Workout - I begin my mornings with cardio. It’s the perfect way to wake me up and get my body ready for the day ahead.

2/ Breakfast - I can’t get enough of the bars by Inspired-Bar by Performance Inspired.

3/ Business Meetings - Between my skin care line and sponsorships, a portion of my morning is spent taking calls and attending virtual meetings. Being a businesswoman has been so reqarding and I’m excited to develop that part of my life even further.

 

9LIST ROUTIN3S | LEXI THOMPSON: AFTERNOON

4/Healthy Lunch/Snack - You’ll never find me without trail mix in my bag. It’s full of protein and nutrients, but most importantly if very delicious!

5/ Workout 2 - My second workout of the day consists of weight training and HIIT. Sessions with my trainer Kolby Wayne kick my butt..but are so worth the results and help me stay active on the course.

6/ Dine - my favorite dinner is grilled chicken, vegetables, and sweet potatoes.

 

9LIST ROUTIN3S | LEXI THOMPSON: NIGHT

7/ Cuddle time - If you know me, you know I love my puppy Leo - my night isn’t complete without him. He travels with me and I love having him on the road.

8/ Skin care - As my night winds down, I begin my skincare routine which consists of applying creams from me own line, Lexi Skin. I wash using the facial cleanser and apply the face, neck, and eye cream after. I keep a jar of the hand cream on my nightstand which is great to apply before bed.

9/ Plan the next day - Before falling asleep, I like to be prepared for the next day. I love using the meditation app before bed, Insight Timer. It helps me fall right asleep.
